Reviews that mention long term use are more valuable than comments written on day one. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites.

The main things I look at for glasses are frame weight, hinge quality and lens coating. When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. Nose pads that are too hard leave marks and feel uncomfortable on the skin.
